Geneticist and data scientist with a PhD from UConn Health, specializing in RNA biology and cancer genomics. Pioneered research integrating long-read and short-read RNA sequencing to analyze transposable element-mediated alternative splicing in human breast cancer across six years at UConn and The Jackson Laboratory for Genomic Medicine. Subsequently spent 3.5 years as a bioinformatics consultant serving pharma and biotech — developing spatial single-cell analysis methods, discovering autoimmune biomarkers, and identifying drug response signatures across omics datasets for clients spanning large pharma to early-stage biotech and academic labs. Now channeling a decade of experience at the bench and in industry into agentic AI systems that make complex genomic analysis accessible to every researcher.
